Agreement to Terms
By registering for and purchasing a pass to the 15th SAFOG Conference in association with the 18th NESOG National Conference 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
Registration and Payment
- All conference registrations are subject to availability.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Full payment must be made at the time of registration to confirm your participation.
- Fees may be charged in NPR or USD, depending on the selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable transaction, currency conversion, or bank charges.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend the conference.
- In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration will be transferred to the new dates.
Code of Conduct
- We are committed to ensuring a professional, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants.
- The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant, without refund, for behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive.
Abstract Submission and Presentation
- All submissions must be made through the official submission platform by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Eligible submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee, whose decision is final.
- Notifications of “Conditional Acceptance” or “Acceptance” do not guarantee presentation. Final selection is confirmed only upon issuance of an official confirmation email.
- Only authors who receive the official confirmation email will be permitted to present at the conference.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to withdraw acceptance if submission requirements or deadlines are not met, or if these Terms are violated.
Intellectual Property and Consent
- You confirm that your submission is original and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
- By participating, you consent to the recording (audio/video) and photography of your presentation (oral or poster).
- You grant the organizers the right to use such materials for documentation, publication, and promotional purposes.
Content Guidelines
- All presentations must comply with the conference Code of Conduct.
- Presentations must not contain confidential, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
