Language: All abstracts are to be written in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts where the English structure makes comprehension difficult
Submission: All abstracts must be uploaded via the Online Abstract Submission portal to create your account. This should be limited to a maximum of 250 words and should include the following:
Scientific Topics are open to all Obstetricians and Gynecologists related topics Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). All reports must be based on work that has already been completed. No studies “in progress” will be accepted. Any established research design or method may be used.
Selection Criteria
Abstracts will be evaluated through a blind review process and scored based upon the following criteria to be selected for Oral (8 minutes), Poster, Oral and Poster Presentation

Participants are not required to register before submitting an abstract. Abstracts can be submitted directly through the conference website. Registration can be completed at a later stage.
Abstract submission is open from January 1, 2026, and closes before March 2026, as per the dates announced on the official conference website. Authors are advised to regularly check the website for updated deadlines, as late submissions will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be submitted through the official online abstract submission system accessible via the conference website. Authors must log in using their registered credentials to upload their abstract.
No, abstract submission is allowed only after successful registration, including completion of payment. Unpaid or incomplete registrations may result in rejection of the abstract.
Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 250 words. They must be structured under the headings Background, Methods, Results, and Discussion, and include the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.
Abstracts should focus on clinically relevant topics in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health. Submissions must be based on original scientific work conducted by the authors.
There is no separate fee for abstract submission. However, completion of conference registration is compulsory to submit and present an abstract.
The corresponding author will be notified of the review outcome via email after the evaluation process is completed. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
Yes, ethical approval is required for studies involving human participants, patient data, or clinical interventions. Proof of ethical clearance may be requested during submission or review.
Once an abstract has been successfully submitted, authors will not be able to make any edits or revisions. Authors are therefore advised to carefully review their abstract for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the submission guidelines before final submission.
Accepted abstracts will be selected for oral presentation, poster presentation, depending on scientific merit and program availability.
